Detract of
audibility
The memory ascends
Climbing through the silt of events
Long past...Tangible again, that ocean
With its sensuous horizon...
He is here, past miles of moments
Whispering of his own reminiscing...
Interwoven, from its inception
The click of their mechanics
Despite its torrid ending...
Recall fondly, the sound of their union
And on the dawn of a thousand tomorrows...
When bodies have dissolved into dust
All they shared will drift softly
Retiring to the pink of the sunset.
