SWEET AGONY©

home
Often;
Even as I watch you now,
Marveling at that face and body that swells me so,
Trying not to respond to your voice
And words that elude;
I smile at you.
For you.
Moods and other emotional stuff
Fill my head
With images and unrelated thought patterns.
And I transform them into sentences
That reveal the chaos inside.
You listen intently.
In awe.
And call me crazy,
Yet, laughing all the while.
For even in my insanity
I will touch you
And love you
And make you feel good.
Every part.
Loving me.
Hating me.
Screaming me,
My name,
And other obscene things.
As once again you seek momentary relief
From the ecstatic agony you derive
From a man possessed
By the bitter and the sweet.
Who uses both with genius.
And understand the difference like a moron.
